Vincent A. Roberti

Joined the amfAR board in September 2006. Serves on finance and budget committee and chairs fund
development committee. Since 2000, he has served in a leadership capacity for
amfAR’s extraordinarily successful Cinema
Against AIDS Cannes.
Mr. Roberti is the Chief Executive
Officer of Palisades Media Corporation and its subsidiaries, as well as the
Managing Director of Palisades Media Asset Funds. He is also a Managing
Director of VARII, LLC, and the Chairman of Roberti+White, LLC. Both are global
entertainment, political, telecommunications, and government relations consulting
companies. He was an executive producer of the Whitney Biennial award-winning
documentary Going Upriver: The Long War
of John Kerry. In October 2004, Variety
named him as a “top ten” emerging leader in the independent film industry. In
May 2010, GQ Magazine named Mr.
Roberti one of the top five most influential power brokers in Washington, D.C.
In addition to serving on amfAR’s
board, Mr. Roberti has served on the boards of the
Catholic Alliance for the Common
Good, Sacred Heart University, the Empire State College Foundation (SUNY), the
Blue Tiger Democrats, and was a founding board member and former Chairman of
the Center for Christian-Jewish Understanding. He served four consecutive terms
in the Connecticut House of Representatives and was one of the youngest
individuals ever elected to a state legislature. Currently, he is a member of
the Democratic Senatorial-Campaign Committee and the Democratic Congressional
Campaign Committee’s Speakers Cabinet. Since 2006, he has acted as an advisor
for more than 150 House and Senate races.
