Doctors and scientists, philanthropists and activists, amfAR’s Visionaries are outstanding leaders in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Although they have pursued different paths, their inspiring stories reveal a common vision: a world free of HIV/AIDS.


	Bui Thi Bien faced despair when she was diagnosed with HIV during her pregnancy. Now she is the leader of a local support group in Vietnam, her children are growing up, and the future looks bright.
