amfAR SUPPORTER SINCE  2011

Hublot of America became the Title Sponsor of amfAR’s annual New York Gala in 2011. Following the event, Hublot created a limited edition “amfAR 25” watch in honor of amfAR’s 25th year, which was unveiled at their boutique on Madison Avenue.  The watch sold so well internationally that Hublot created a women’s watch that was unveiled at amfAR’s 2012 New York Gala, also presented by Hublot.  Sales of the watches will raise more than $100,000 for amfAR.

Hublot also sponsored amfAR’s symposium, “Making AIDS History: Closing in on a Cure,” in November 2011.  Held at the Mandarin Hotel, New York, the symposium brought together leading scientists, advocates, journalists, and the extraordinary “Berlin Patient”—the only person to have been cured of HIV—to discuss the progress and promise of cure-focused research.
