amfAR SUPPORTER SINCE 1988 

One of the Foundation’s most loyal supporters, Sotheby’s has stood with amfAR since 1988. For the past decade, its lead sponsorship of TWO x TWO for AIDS and Art in Dallas has helped that event raise more than $35  million for amfAR and the Dallas Museum of Art. In addition, Sotheby's has hosted events at its flagship location in New York, including the significant fundraiser for amfAR, An Evening Honoring Herb Ritts, as well as special New York preview events for the TWO x TWO auction.

Sotheby’s vice chairman Jamie Niven has served as the auctioneer at many of amfAR’s galas, including TWO x TWO for AIDS and Art, Cinema Against AIDS Cannes, and the annual New York Gala, which kicks off New York Fashion Week.

Sotheby’s continues to serve as a lead sponsor of TWO x TWO for AIDS and Art in addition to underwriting the printing of the substantial auction catalogue for the event.
