Inspiration Gala São Paulo

On April 5, 2013, amfAR returned to Brazil for its third annual Inspiration Gala São Paulo. The gala, once again held at the home of Dinho Diniz, featured tributes to two honorees: Iconic Brazilian athlete Pelé was presented with the Humanitarian Award, and pop star Fergie was presented with the amfAR Award of Inspiration. amfAR’s Global Fundraising Chairman Sharon Stone, supermodel Kate Moss, and burlesque artist Dita Von Teese traveled to Brazil to help raise awareness and critical funds for AIDS research at the Inspiration Gala. Ms. Stone and Ms. Moss served as Event Chairs alongside amfAR Chairman Kenneth Cole and Honorary Chairs Dinho Diniz, Felipe Diniz, and Lucilia Diniz.
