Perched high on the Peloponnese peninsula like a modern-day acropolis, Villa 20 is an architectural masterpiece inspired by classical Greece. Designed by Edward Tuttle and Marios Angelopoulos, it offers elegant indoor-outdoor living across six cascading levels. With eight luxury accommodations—including ensuite bathrooms, nine pools and a 650 square meter spa—this extraordinary estate is supported by a dedicated team of 24, including a private chef trained by Alain Ducasse. Spanning two hectares (four acres), the villa includes a full spa.

The villa’s private spa and wellness area includes a steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool, whirlpool, fully equipped gym, yoga studio, and a 15-meter indoor pool with jetstream. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow the scents of herbs from the yoga and sun terrace to infuse the space.
