amfAR to Honor Ferzan Ozpetek During Venice Film Festival


Event Presented by Campari and Red Sea International Film Festival

amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, will honor Ferzan Ozpetek with the Award of Courage and Achille Boroli with the Philanthropic Leadership Award during the Venice Film Festival on September 7, 2022. The event will be presented by Campari and the Red Sea International Film Festival with the San Clemente Palace as the official hotel sponsor. International singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding will headline the intimate evening.

The exclusive evening will include a cocktail reception and dinner at water’s edge in the Arsenale. After dinner, guests will be able to enjoy the program from a floating stage on the Venetian lagoon. The program will feature a musical performance by Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding, a live auction conducted by Simon de Pury, and updates on amfAR’s research initiatives.
